Courses
The Highfield Level 2 Award in HACCP for Catering (RQF) is aimed at those working in a food catering environment and other food handlers. The qualification is intended for those already working in HACCP catering teams and those who are preparing to work in the industry.
This qualification is assessed by: Observation report: Learners must practically demonstrate the delivery of either 1 or 2 session(s) totaling 30 minutes. Tutor/candidate discussion: Learners are required to demonstrate a sufficient level of knowledge and understanding relating to their micro-teaching session.
The IOSH Working Safely course is designed to improve the safety culture within an organisation by giving individuals a good understanding of their health and safety responsibilities, and teaching them how to keep themselves and others safe at work.
The ‘Managing Safely’ course is for those required to manage safely and effectively in compliance with both their organisation’s policy and best practice in health and safety. The course aims to ensure that safety requirements are appreciated by people employed as line managers, and to enable them to review their own departmental systems for safety, introducing new controls or implementing changes as appropriate to ensure safety in the workplace.
The NEBOSH Environmental Diploma is designed to equip health and safety practitioners with an appropriate professional level qualification to undertake responsibilities in relation to the risks of damage to the environment posed by work activities.
