مدير مالى خبرة بمجال المقاولات و التصنيع

مطلوب مدير مالى لمجموعة الألفي - سرايا للمقاولات و يشترط أن يكون المتقدم خبرة فى مجال المقاولات و التصنيع و خبرة 5 سنوات عالأقل كمدير مالى

• Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and

assessing the financial health of the company.

• Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
• Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
• Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences
• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
• Review, review and verify costs, expenses and revenues
• Presentation and presentation of long-term financial
• management plans Analysis of financial data and information Managing cash and investing surplus funds
• Financing the company from various funding sources when needed

• أداء واجبات الإدارة المالية بما في ذلك إنشاء البيانات المالية وتجميع التقارير وتقديمها وتحليل اتجاهات الصناعة وتقييم الصحة المالية للشركة.
• الإشراف على عمليات وتطوير الأقسام المالية للشركة بما في ذلك إنشاء ومراجعة السياسات وإعداد الميزانية والتوظيف والتدريب وإجراء تقييمات منتظمة للإجراءات المالية.
• الإشراف على إعداد تسويات الحسابات الفصلية والسنوية ومراقبة وإنفاذ الامتثال لمعايير إعداد التقارير الضريبية والمالية والمساعدة في التنبؤ بالتدفق النقدي.
• تقديم المشورة للزملاء والإدارة التنفيذية بشأن القرارات المتعلقة بالشؤون المالية للشركة .
• الإشراف على توثيق الوضع المالي للشركة وتوقعاتها.
• التوسط بين المنظمة والموظفين وأصحاب المصلحة والمساهمين والمستثمرين بشأن القضايا المالية من أجل حل الخلافات وديًا.
• إنشاء خطط عمل إستراتيجية بناءً على تحليل حالة الشركة والتوقعات المالية.
• مراجعة التكاليف والمصاريف والإيرادات ومراجعتها والتحقق منها
• عرض وتقديم الخطط الإدارية المالية طويلة الأجل
• تحليل البيانات والمعلومات المالية ادارة النقدية واستثمار الاموال الفائضة 
• ادارة النقدية واستثمار الاموال الفائضة 
• تمويل الشركة من مصادر التمويل المختلفة عند الحاجه
