Job Description

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and noncompliance issues.
  • Collaborate with department heads and employees to develop and maintain a strong safety culture within the organization.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to employees on HSE matters, including safety procedures, emergency response plans, and hazard identification.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and provide recommendations for corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents, accidents, and safety-related activities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop control measures to minimize risks and ensure workplace safety.
  • Stay updated on new regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in HSE, and recommend necessary changes to policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders on HSE matters as required.
  • Prepare and deliver HSE reports and presentations to management and relevant stakeholders.
