Operational Oversight: Supervise the entire operations of the manufacturing plant, including production, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage the plant's Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to ensure financial health and operational efficiency. Implement cost-saving measures and budget management strategies.
Sales Performance: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to monitor sales performance, identify market trends, and adjust production plans accordingly to meet sales targets and customer demand.
Quality Control: Ensure the production of high-quality plastic products by implementing strict quality control measures and continuous improvement processes.
Human Resources Management: Oversee the HR functions within the plant, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Supply Chain follow ups: Approve orders for raw materials and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
Skills
Desired qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a preference for experience in the plastics industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Knowledge of quality control standards
