We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an executive secretary / office manager for the CEO and his deputy. This key role involves supporting our Executive Officers in managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating various projects.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and events, including drafting letters, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Oversee office operations and handle general administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or office manager
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
- Applicant must be fluent in both Arabic and English Languages.
