My client, a leading performance marketing agency based in Business Bay, Dubai, is looking to hire an experienced Internal Project Manager / Account Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, experience managing projects in a fast-paced agency environment, and a passion for delivering results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex marketing projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope and align with the overall agency strategy
- Effectively lead and manage an internal team with the scope of making hires dependent on business requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest project management methodologies and tools
Requirements:
- Experience in project management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with proven experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
The job is office based Monday to Friday and comes with the following:
- Competitive salary of 12000-16000 AED DOE
