Job Description:
- Greet visa applicants at the counter in a proactive, friendly and professional manner.
- Responsible for reviewing and collecting visa application documents submitted by applicants; ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
- Record and maintain application data in the system accurately and timely, to ensure data confidentiality;
- Handle customer/applicant inquiries via email, phone;
- Assist with resolving any issues or challenges related to visa applications, including visa denials or delays;
- Provide all passport-related administrative and logistics services to embassies, consulates, applicants, logistics companies, etc.;
- Provide value-added services of our visa application service center to applicants and achieve the goal of value-added services.

- مسؤول عن مراجعة وجمع المستندات المقدمة من قبل مقدمي طلبات التأشيرة؛ ضمان تقديم جميع المستندات المطلوبة بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- تسجيل والحفاظ على بيانات الطلب في النظام بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب، لضمان سرية البيانات.
- التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء/مقدمي الطلبات عبر البريد الإلكتروني، والهاتف
- مساعدة في حل أي مشاكل أو تحديات تتعلق بطلبات التأشيرة، بما في ذلك رفض التأشيرة أو التأخير فيها
- تقديم جميع الخدمات الإدارية واللوجستية المتعلقة بجوازات السفر للسفارات والقنصليات والمقدمين وشركات اللوجستيات، إلخ
- تقديم الخدمات القيمة المضافة لمركزنا لتقديم طلبات التأشيرة للمقدمين وتحقيق هدف الخدمات القيمة المضافة.

Join us, you will be working for the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in KSA. Our headquarters is in Beijing China, we have an office in Riyadh and a branch in Jeddah.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Tourism or Hospitality Management or related major;
- Priority will be given to applicants:
a.With 2 years and above of working experience in the visa center, or experience in visa processing;
b.2-5 years of working experience in the tourism or service industry is preferred; International student is a plus.
c.Open to fresh graduates and applicants within 1 year of graduation; International student is a plus.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills, and strong customer service awareness;
- Well-organized and always be careful and patient; Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex documentation.
- Good computer literacy, Microsoft Office. Visa processing software will be trained after onboarding.

الأفضلية للمتقدمين:
- . خبرة عمل في مراكز التأشيرة لمدة سنتين وما فوق، أو خبرة في معالجة التأشيرات؛
- خبرة عمل في مجال السياحة أو الخدمات لمدة 2-5 سنوات يعتبر كون المتقدم طالب دولي إضافة إيجابية.
- متاح للخريجين الجدد والمتقدمين في غضون سنة واحدة من التخرج؛ يعتبر كون المتقدم طالب دولي إضافة إيجابية.
- لديه مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتعامل بين الأشخاص، ووعي قوي بخدمة العملاء؛
- منظم جيدًا دقيق وصبورً اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والقدرة على العمل مع وثائق معقدة.
- معرفة جيدة بأجهزة الكمبيوتر، وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس. سيتم تدريب برنامج معالجة التأشيرات بعد الانضمام.
