Job Responsibilities
· Understand customers’ specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
· Learn the technical details concerning how our software works and what problems it solves for our clients
· Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients
· Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after the initial meeting
· Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business and handling the customer account, communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management
· Set and achieve sales goals and quotas and target as per management requirement
Job Requirements:
· Degree in business, marketing or related field
· Minimum three to five years UAE experience in selling Software products and services, IT infrastructure solutions
· Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with less supervision
· Self-motivated, cooperates with the team, willingness to learn, adapt and excel
· Superior time management skills with ability to manage priorities independently
· Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of disciplines
· Strong communication skills and IT fluency
· Must be a pro-active contributor to the team who can take initiatives recommend and implement ideas
· Understanding of technical environments such as database platforms and web-based applications
· Full loyalty and respect in all cases
· Able to work full time outdoor sales
· Excellent professional image and presentable
· Arabic language will be an advantage
. UAE driving license is a must
