Job Responsibilities
• Negotiating , Analyzing and finalizing the Land and Sea freight rates of Kirby MEA in coordination with Snr SCM manager and submit proposal to Finance
• Ensuring container shipments clearance and delivery to Jobsite on timely manner (end to end process)
• Analyzing, Planning and Executing Import and Export shipments of Kirby MEA via Sea FCL/LCL, Air Cargo & LTL to various Destinations (end to end process)
• Circulating Import and Export Sea Shipment tracking report of Kirby MEA to the Management.
• Ensuring Freight cost booking in SAP System.
• Ensuring to circulate SCM management reports and to finance and Production Dept.
• Analyzing and reconciling equipment rental (crane and Forklift) quotations.
• Verifying, Reconciling and Processing Vender’s Invoices PR, PO, GRN (end to end process)
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
5 to 6 years in same field
Minimum Entry Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
Technical & Non-technical
• Good command on excel and Presentation
• Analytical skills
