Job Description


We’re seeking a creative and mission-aligned Graphic Designer to bring our visual storytelling to life. From brochures to social content, your work will inspire students and families to explore the world through Rustic Pathways.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design digital and print materials aligned with our brand
  • Collaborate with marketing and program teams on campaign assets
  • Create templates and visual guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Contribute to UX/UI feedback for our website and online materials
  • Maintain and organize design files and creative assets


Skills

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of design experience, preferably with a youth or nonprofit brand
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong visual communicator with a clean, accessible style
  • Able to work quickly and take feedback constructively
  • Passionate about education, exploration, and making an impact
