ICG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Consultant with a strong development focus. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. You will leverage your deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and your hands-on development expertise to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
You will specialize in one or more of the following ServiceNow products: ITSM, ITOM, and SAM, with PPM experience being a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and UI components.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
- Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code using JavaScript, AngularJS, and other relevant web technologies.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
- Participate in all phases of the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to the development of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
Skills
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant with a strong development background.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Expertise in one or more of the following ServiceNow products: ITSM, ITOM, or SAM.
- Strong development skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, and other relevant web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrations.
- Excellent understanding of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
- Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and automation.
- Proven track record as a ServiceNow Consultant & Developer.
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are highly desirable.
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is a strong advantage.
