Job Description

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and target audience.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for content creation.
  3. Create high-quality, engaging content, including video scripts, social media posts, blogs, and articles.
  4. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure consistent branding and maximize the effectiveness of content.
  5. Devise and implement strategies to boost audience engagement and interaction across social media platforms.
  6. Manage and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  8. Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to track success, identify trends, and refine strategies.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in social media or content creation.

At least 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the design and printing industry.

Expertise in social media platforms, digital content strategies, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite), and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong knowledge of social media trends, audience segmentation, and platform-specific best practices (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Proven ability to interpret website traffic and customer engagement data to inform strategy.

Up to date with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and social media trends.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with outstanding copywriting abilities.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
