About the Role
As a Senior Solution Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing end-to-end automation solutions, working closely with customers to optimize their warehouse flows, automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), shuttle systems, conveyors, and goods-to-person picking technologies. Your expertise will shape the future of smart warehouses and logistics automation in the region.
What You’ll Do
- Design Next-Gen Intralogistics Solutions – Analyze customer data and develop innovative warehouse automation concepts.
- Optimize Material Flow & Automation Systems – Create detailed material flow diagrams, storage and retrieval systems layouts, and functional area dimensioning.
- Use Advanced Design & Simulation Tools – Develop layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization tools to bring solutions to life.
- Cost & Business Case Development – Prepare project cost estimates, ROI evaluations, and competitive business cases for optimal customer value.
- Lead Customer Engagements – Act as the technical lead in sales discussions, solution presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Experts – Work with software architects, controls engineers, and robotics specialists to design integrated automated material handling solutions.
- Ensure Seamless Execution – Participate in design reviews, ensuring quality and feasibility throughout the solution development process.
Who You Are
- Expert in Warehouse Automation & Logistics Solutions – You understand automated picking, conveyor systems, shuttle technologies, AMRs/AGVs, sortation, and robotics.
- Data-Driven & Analytical – Strong skills in data analysis, warehouse process optimization, and order flow profiling.
- Technical Visionary – Experience in AutoCAD, 3D design tools, and intralogistics solution design.
- Commercially Minded – Comfortable with business case development, ROI calculations, and presenting solutions to customers.
- 4-7 years of Experience in solution design, automation, material handling, or logistics technology.

Technical & Industry Skills:
- Strong expertise in warehouse automation, intralogistics, and material handling systems.
- Hands-on experience with AS/RS (Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems), shuttle systems, conveyors, sortation systems, AMRs/AGVs, and robotics.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization tools for warehouse layout design.
- Strong background in data analysis, order flow profiling, and material flow optimization.
- Knowledge of warehouse control systems (WCS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
