Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Lebanese dishes, including mezze, grills, and traditional stews.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Develop and refine menus, ensuring an authentic and innovative dining experience.
  • Work within a busy kitchen, ensuring smooth service and teamwork.
  • Comply with UK food safety regulations and best kitchen practices.


Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef specializing in Lebanese cuisine.
  • Experience working in restaurants, hotels, or catering establishments.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Lebanese ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Eligibility for a Skilled Worker Visa (we provide sponsorship for qualified candidates).
  • Basic English proficiency for communication in the kitchen.
