Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Manage budgets, financial targets, and cost controls to drive profitability.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase footfall.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver outstanding hospitality.
  • Ensure compliance with UK health & safety, licensing, and food safety regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and manage inventory effectively.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior management role in a casual dining or Lebanese/Middle Eastern restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Passion for Lebanese cuisine and hospitality.
  • Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in marketing, promotions, and social media engagement is a plus.
