Plan, schedule and execute Project Plan.
Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
Identify possible challenges and create a well-drafted cost analysis report for the project.
Ensure timely sourcing of required raw material and tools by contacting respective vendors.
Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
Support planning, pricing, bidding and tendering for new projects.

Previous working exposure to civil engineering projects, including on-site management activities.
Well-versed in solving practical project issues using computer software and relevant technological tools.
Showing excellent performance in distinct setups to complete ongoing construction projects with high efficiency.
Strong command of creating clear, concise, and technically accurate project reports.
Ability to supervise workers and guide them to complete daily tasks for optimum time and resource management.
Minimum graduate degree holder in Civil Engineering with hands-on experience using relevant tools.
