We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Zoho Presales Consultant to join our team. This role requires expertise in Zohos ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business processes.
The consultant will work closely with sales, technical, and client teams to provide tailored solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and ensure the successful alignment of Zoho solutions with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Presales Consultation:



Understand client business needs, challenges, and goals to recommend appropriate Zoho solutions. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
2.

Solution Design & Customization:



Design tailored Zoho solutions that align with business needs.
Provide input on configuration, customization, and integration requirements across the Zoho suite (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Inventory).
3.

Demonstrations & Presentations:



Deliver engaging, customized product demonstrations highlighting Zohos capabilities and value.
Present technical and functional aspects of solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
4.

Proposal Development:



Prepare detailed proposals, including scope of work, timelines, and cost estimations.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proposals align with client expectations.
5.

Collaboration:



Work closely with sales, implementation teams, and clients to ensure seamless handoff post-sale.
Partner with internal teams to continuously improve solution offerings and address emerging client needs.
6.

Market & Product Knowledge:



Stay updated on Zohos latest features, updates, and competitive landscape.
Provide feedback to the product team for potential enhancements based on customer needs.
7.

Training & Enablement:



Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure effective adoption of Zoho solutions.
Assist in building collateral, such as case studies, user guides, and FAQs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



1.

Technical Expertise:



Proficiency in the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Books, Inventory, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of API integration and customization within Zoho.
2.

Experience:



Minimum 3-5 years in a presales or similar role involving Zoho solutions.
Proven track record in solution design, client consultation, and project scoping.
3.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:



Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
4.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking:



Ability to analyze client requirements and propose innovative solutions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5.

Preferred:



Certification in Zoho CRM or other Zoho tools.
Experience in industries such as retail, finance, or IT.

Education:



Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience is also acceptable.
