What you'll be doing
We are looking for an experienced Xstore Developer. The potential candidate will be developing and supporting features in Xstore.
Write well designed, unit tested and efficient code. Should adhere to SOLID principles. Deployment of Xstore build in production and non-production environment using XOC or manually. Analyzing, identifying and fix the technical issues/problems. Should be able to test other developer’s code. Experience in creating, managing, and running Xunits suite. Automate and improve development and testing processes.
Write well designed optimized SQL queries.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Able to effectively convey complicated technical information to diverse audiences. Must be a self-starter and results driven.
What you’ll need to succeed
Technical and Functional knowledge of Oracle Retail Xstore (Fixed POS and Mobile POS both), Xenvironment, EFTLink, XOC. Technical knowledge of integrating Xstore with third party like OMS, CRM, Loyalty etc. etc. Hands on experience in integrating devices like printer, cashdrawer, PSPs with Xstore. Excellent technical knowledge on Java 8 or above, Oracle PL/SQL, REST and SOAP web services (only from integration perspective), batch scripting Experience with SIOCS. Functional knowledge on Oracle Retail Modules like RMS, ReSA, RPM etc. etc. DevOps tools specifically Gitlab and Jenkins Good to have – work experience in SDLC and Agile methodology.
