Makes sure promises to customers kept & feeds back to service advisor any difficulties/hitches to avoid undesired customers’ surprises Solves & diagnoses technical difficulties/problems encountered by subordinates for smooth & faster repair/maintenance. Manages workshop resources for high utilization, efficiency thus productivity which helps in achieving planned target. Conducts on job training & illustrates released TSBs to subordinates to improve their technical knowledge. Feeds back ideas/suggestions to Asst. Workshop Manager for workshop processes improvement Prepares & submits administrative reports to Asst. Workshop Manager used for service processes analysis & development. Supervises usage of workshop assets to be maintained in good condition. Requirements Physically fit & hard worker. Responsible & reliable Diploma or Bachler degree in Automotive or Mechanical Above 5 years as WS supervisor/Forman in Auto-Service Centers / Garages. Arabic and English proficiency.
