Key Tasks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support service / workshop operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Analyze service performance data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
- Stay current with the latest developments in
- Automotive technology and workshop best practices.
- Accurately identify customer / fleet repair and maintenance requirements
- Managing one's own time and the time of others.
Objective: Maintain Workshop Operation Job card and their records to track maintenance History
- Ensure all repair and maintenance is perform within KPI and quality of repairs
- Make sure all repairs and maintenance are done Fix at The Right First-Time concept
- Ensure all incoming vehicles are captured in workshop maintenance system job card on time opening and closing job card file in the correct locations.
- Ensuring that the service area is well-organized and clean.
- Safety standards are met as per company guideline / process
- Ensure all paperwork, documentation and repair requisitions are completed accurately
Objective: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Satisfy customer requirements by identifying repair and maintenance accurately
- Answer customer queries regarding technical issue in a manner that is easily understood
- Approach every situation with a desire to understand and deliver
- Listen effectively and communicate clearly
- Use contact with the customer to build a relationship
- Take responsibility to ensure nothing is left to chance.
Operational Focus
- Handle incoming technical issues and possible solutions
- Provide a service to the customer
- Follow up customer emerging issue and track history record
- Deal with client set KPI and complaints

- Business Focus
- University/College graduate with 7 years of experience in automotive service or a related industry.
- Presentable, dynamic, assertive, and able to work under pressure
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a large sale.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Oracle software background is a plus
