Key Accountabilities:
1.Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and technicians allocation for day to day operations.
2.Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.
3.To improve the job efficiency, achieve targets and reduce the redo jobs.
4.Identify client’s needs and explain/demonstrate AMC services to them, which may involve technical descriptions of product and the way they may be used.
5.Prepare all quotations in accurate and taking in to the account & company rules and polices.
6.Follow-up with customer for quotation approvals.
7.Identify staff that require on-going training and implement training opportunities to ensure their skills are improved. Work with apprentices and semi-skilled staff to role model appropriate technical skills.
8.Propose the special tools for the jobs & tasks.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Qualifications: Diploma In mechanical or above.
Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience required in heavy equipment’s / Preferable heavy Equipment dealer experience.
Skills: High Technical capability, Reading & writing English, Good computer knowledge, Sound knowledge in the heavy equipment in mechanical & electricals.
