Fix mechanical equipment at the Workshop. Troubleshoot, repair and improve various pieces of equipment that are critical to HMH operations.
Execute the assignments with a moderate degree of supervision.
Execute the assignment in a safe and efficient way.
Understands how assigned duties relate to others in the team.
Be able to read and understand simple to complex wiring schematics.
Has no supervisory responsibilities; may provide informal guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options.
Get the necessary information and training about new assignments and new machines, equipment and material before start-up.
Keep the working area tidy and clean at any time.
Participate in developing the workshop and be a team player.
Interact with customers and other HMH personnel in a professional manner to provide efficient service delivery to all customers within assigned area.
Maintain communication to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
Performall work in accordance with HMH and client safety policies.
Document all services performed and actions carried out on service and time tickets.
Stay current on information contained in Product and Safety Bulletins.
Stay current on information with HMH Lifecycle Services mechanical procedures and ensure that all work performed is handled according to procedures and guidelines.
Support all the company’s objectives.
Complete all work in compliance with company and customer’s policies and procedures for HSSE.
Be guided by HMH Visions and Values in all activities.
Education: High school diploma/GED plus 4 years working experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting in mechanical hydraulic troubleshooting.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of production/manufacturing maintenance experience
Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in local language. Familiarity with rubber manufacturing maintenance preferred. Good verbal and communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint is preferred. Must be a self-starter that can work with little to no guidance.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, work orders and drawings. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
