Job Description

Job Purpose: 


Provide Specialized consultancy in the field of strategic manpower planning through creating an organizational and applicable workforce planning framework to be utilized across Dubai Government entities which contributes to the achievement of Dubai Government vision & strategic goals.


Conduct developmental research & studies which aims to enhance the HR related programs, applications and systems based on best practices and procedures followed worldwide.


Academic Qualification:


Bachelor's, Master's or PHD in the field of Human Resources Management or General Management or a similarly related field.


Candidates with specialized certificates & degrees in the field of HRM are preferred, such as SPHR or CIPD.


Years of Experience:


Bachelor's Degree: at least 15 years of Experience in the field of HRM or a similarly related field.


Master's Degree: at least 12 years of Experience in the field of HRM or a similarly related field.


PHD: 10 years of Experience in the field of HRM or a similarly related field.


Other job related skills:


Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft office programs & applications.


Proficiency in using oracle based systems.


Ability to conduct research & studies.


Ability to provide consultancy & advise decision makers.
