Job Description

A WhatsApp Bot Developer focuses on creating chatbots that operate on the WhatsApp platform, enabling automated interactions with users. 


       -    Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience.


Technical Skills


•       Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages commonly used for chatbot development, such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.


•       WhatsApp Business API: Familiarity with the WhatsApp Business API and its integration for building chatbots.


•       Bot Development Frameworks: Experience with frameworks and platforms for bot development.


•       Natural Language Processing (NLP): Understanding of NLP techniques to enhance the bot’s ability to understand and respond to user queries effectively.


•       Webhooks and APIs: Knowledge of setting up webhooks and working with RESTful APIs for communication between the bot and external systems.


•       Database Management: Skills in database integration (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase) to store and manage user data and interactions.


•       User Experience (UX) Design: Understanding of UX principles to create conversational flows that provide a seamless user experience.


•       Testing and Debugging: Ability to test and debug the bot to ensure it functions as intended and provides accurate responses.


Soft Skills


•       Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and improve bot performance and user interaction.


•       Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to understand user needs and articulate solutions effectively.


•       Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and business stakeholders.


•       Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and emerging technologies in the chatbot space.


•       Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with trends in AI, machine learning, and chatbot development.


Certifications (Optional but Beneficial)


•        Facebook Blueprint Certification for WhatsApp Business


•        Certifications in NLP or chatbot development
