West Wharf - Replacement of Heat Recovery Wheel for FAHU-2A
Services Posted On: November 18, 2024 Closing On: November 22, 2024 • Protect proposed working area with proper barricading. • Removing the Existing damaged Heat Recovery Wheel media by dismantling FAHU side panels and HRW casing. • Supply and installation of new heat recovery wheel to the FAHU location. • Clear the space for installation of new HRW media. • Installation of new shaft bearings and hub on frames. • Installation of New Segmented Heat Recovery Wheel media inside the HRW casing with necessary fasteners and other accessories. • Supply & install new set of brush seal with profile for brush seal on the periphery of HRW rotor. • Installation of new Gear motor. • Installation of new HRW belts. • Carrying out alignment of HRW media. • Carrying out 1-year free inspection & Maintenance (AMC) monthly wise for the new Heat Recovery Wheel. • Testing & commissioning
No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:
(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and
(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
