We are seeking a driven individual to be part of our team as a Wellbeing Coordinator. The role is pivotal in developing and fostering a culture of Health & Wellbeing through developing, coordinating and delivering customer-focused wellbeing events and initiatives that educate and inspire members to lead healthier lifestyles.
Reporting to the Health and Wellbeing Manager, the role is the primary point of contact responsible for planning, organising, and executing wellbeing events and initiatives; managing logistics; and handling customer queries.
The Wellbeing Coordinator liaises with internal teams, external providers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless quality delivery, oversees event logistics and budgets, and organises the marketing and communications.
They also monitor progress, gather reporting and feedback and support post-event analysis to continuously improve the wellbeing programmes.
This role is essential in supporting delivery of wellbeing programmes, contributing to client satisfaction and the success of Cigna’s wellbeing strategy.
Collaborate with Cigna teams, clients and vendors to promote and coordinate health and wellbeing programs and/or events, to provide a seamless service to customers.
Serve as first point of contact for wellbeing inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
Conduct client and customer-facing events and represent Cigna in a professional manner.
Gather and maintain measurable event data, feedback and track program metrics to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives to drive continuous improvements.
Carry out detailed assessments to understand current challenges and needs.
Staying up to date with the latest best practices and trends and proposing innovative ideas to enhance our proposition.
Process client and vendor invoices in a timely manner.
UAE National (Emirati) with a valid UAE passport
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service, vendor management or administration role, ideally in a corporate environment
Background or demonstrated interest in health and wellbeing
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions for customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks, complex timelines and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
