- Welding Expertise + Product Understanding for conducting customer demo with End-users
- Good Presentation and demo skills
- Drive sales growth, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for grow
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics - weekly
- Identification of potential accounts in addition to the list provided by Client
- 5 Demos a week - self initiated - Over and above Channel/Client Leads
- Upselling and strong persuasion abilities
- Ability to identify the correct target customers
- " Follow all safety precautions and protocols
- Wear appropriate PPE during the demonstrations"
- Maintain Samples in clean and presentable format , change or clean spares as required before the demonstrations.
Requirements:
- Welding Expertise
- 5+ years of Welding experience / selling welding equipment
- Welding certfication ( preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- English speaking prefered
- Valid Driving license is a must.
