Welder

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding operations to support various marine and coastal projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging environment where precision and commitment to quality are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks according to project specifications and design blueprints.
• Weld metal components ensuring strong, durable joints for marine construction projects.
• Utilize various welding techniques (such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding) depending on project needs.
• Inspect welded surfaces to ensure precision and quality standards.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment on-site and in the workshop.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
• Previous experience in a construction is an advantage.
• Support site team with different types of work in case of no welding activities.
• Knows how to swim.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in the construction or marine industry.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc welding, etc.).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards for welding and construction environments.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Welding certification or relevant qualification is a plus.
