Website Operations Specialist

We're expanding globally and we're looking for a Website Operations Specialist to join us in Dubai.

The Mission:

You’ll be joining a growing, global team that’s currently disrupting the traditional way vehicles are auctioned. You’ll play an integral role in operating and maintaining our platform, the main touch point for our customers.
As part of a wider operations team, you'll ensure all online listings are uploaded and formatted correctly, liaising with the Consignment team, Copywriters and Photographers. You’ll gain exposure to a breadth of vehicles and memorabilia, whilst contributing to revenue growth development of our offering across the region.

The Gearbox:

• Receive, assess and format auction images.
• Transfer information from a consignment form into a draft auction listing.
• Fact check information we are provided with, carrying out comprehensive research as required to ensure accuracy at all times.
• Work closely with the Head of country, providing support to meet their day-to-day tasks as required.
• Schedule global auctions with the rest of the website operations team (based in the UK).
• Work closely with the copywriting team to ensure the business is consistently putting cars live for auction.
• Make amendments to live listings at the owner’s request.
• Ensure our CRM (Salesforce) remains up to date with the latest information on each consignment.
• Work closely with internal and external teams, communicating any updates as and when required ensuring timely communication at all times.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries in relation to auction postings, company policies and procedures, providing a timely and professional response at all times
• Ensure the Company always complies with Data Protection regulations.
• Always be on the lookout for and referring potential consignments.
  

The Specs (What We'll Need From You):

• You're a confident and highly motivated individual, with;
• A keen interest in cars of all eras and genres.
• You've ideally worked with data or systems before, and have a keen eye for detail and fact checking.
• You’re proactive and a self starter, you have proven abilities to work independently to manage your workload, actively prioritising to support business requirements.
• You have brand awareness, and take pride in representing and building consistently on brand values.
• Open minded and inquisitive – you're adapt to what we do and are constantly looking for opportunities for the company to evolve and grow.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

You'll be based in Dubai, working closely with the Head of the UAE.
