Job Description
Galadari Trucks and Heavy Equipment is looking for a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for managing all warranty claims, processing warranty paperwork, and coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth warranty operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers regarding warranty approvals
- Ensure warranty guidelines and company policies are followed
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve warranty-related queries
- Prepare reports on warranty status and claims progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a warranty administration role, preferably in the automotive or heavy equipment industry
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and warranty software systems
