the Truck turnaround
time
is
always maintained
tofacilitate
optimal loading time.
Ensure
that
the
drivers
fill
the
log
book
and
takes
the
acknowledgment
forms
and
the
receiving
locations in
the
log
book.
To
ensure
that
the
drivers
are rotated
and
optimally
used
across
the
locations
at
all
times.
To
ensure
that
the
service
history
of
the
trucks
are
maintained
and
the
vehicle
is
maintained
clean byall
the
drivers at
all the
times.
To
ensure
that
timely
servicing
of
the
trucks
are
done
based
on
the
kilometer
reading.
To
ensure
that
the
inter
shop
transfers
are
properly
redirected
to
the
concerned
locations.
To ensure that the Dollies / GOH / Pallets are loaded carefully by each loading staff in order to
prevent any damages.
To
ensure
that
goods
transfer
documents
are
properly
handed
over
to
the
driver
for
handing
over to
thereceiving
locations
for
tallying
the
quantum
received.
To
supervise
and
monitor
the
movement
of
the
drivers
in
such
a
way
