WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING



The Warehouse Production Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation and return of company assets for events. This includes pulling items from designated areas, updating the asset inventory system, and loading and loading company vehicles. This role will be expected to maintain the highest degree of accuracy and will frequently be required to guide other employees through the process.
Responsibilities:
Execute onsite prep and return to ensure all materials and assets are accurately loaded and offloaded according to each job order Delegate tasks and provide direction as needed to internal teams and labor crews Maintain accurate records of assets and materials by conducting inventory counts and scanning items in and out using our internal inventory system (Flex) Pull, sort, and organize items based on the order sheet and prepare them for loading Regularly conduct quality checks to determine if assets are working properly or needs repair Actively participate during scheduled meetings, and provide updates and recommendations through ongoing communication Load and unload assets and materials onto transportation vehicles Build and maintain relationships with internal departments and external vendors Communicate processes and procedures to promote a clean and well-organized workplace Manage high volume projects accurately and efficiently, while following company policy, procedures, and safety guidelines Provide basic repair as needed Travel as needed to transport assets to and from the warehouse

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED



High School diploma or GED equivalent required 1+ years of experience in concert and/or corporate AV production experience Strong knowledge of AV production equipment and proper truck packing methods Ability to successfully lead small to medium sized crews, displaying advanced delegation and task leadership Exceptional attention to detail and ability to memorize content through repetition Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and operate forklifts (forklift training provided) Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Capable of driving company vehicles including 26’ box truck or 32’ gooseneck and truck. Must be willing and able to obtain DOT medical card. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to be highly adaptable and agile in a fast-paced environment Advanced organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Able to work overtime hours as needed. Knowledge of Flex rental solutions inventory management system (preferred) Ability to work in variable weather conditions, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 65 lbs
