Warehouse System Operator



Dubai International Based Positions – Operations International / Full-time / On-site

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES



+ Ensure the continuity of return processes in the warehouse.
+ Ownership and quality control of the products coming to the warehouse from customers/suppliers
+ Be responsible for warehouse cargo processes.
+ Be responsible for IT ticketing system.
+ Audit process quality of warehouse workers.
+ Evaluate authorization needs on 3PL side and assign the needed authorization to the users.
+ Responsible of making analysis about damaged products and return process of those products.
+ Tracking inbound/return/outbound KPIs.

YOUR PROFILE



+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
+ Experience in warehouse logistics operations minimum of 2 years
+ Experience in e-commerce logistics is a plus
+ Have a customer and result-oriented approach
+ Have an analytical mindset
+ Strong coordination and communication skills, quality oriented, solution minded, high planning abilities
+ Experience with WMS or ERP system
+ Excellent at MS Office
+ Good level at English (both writing and speaking), Arabic is preferred
