About the job Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities:
Establish and organize the warehouse operation from the ground up for a 2,500 m² facility.Recruit, train, and manage a team of 15+ warehouse personnel.Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, workflows, and inventory management systems.Ensure compliance with local legislation and safety regulations in warehouse logistics.Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, and timely order fulfillment.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and security within the warehouse.Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements where necessary.Utilize technology and systems to optimize warehouse operations and reporting.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Warehouse Manager managing a facility of 2,500 m² or larger.Team Management: Proven experience managing a team of at least 15 people.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics.Languages: Proficiency in Russian and English is mandatory for effective communication.Technology: Proficient in using PCs and warehouse management systems (WMS).Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in warehouse operations.
