Position Title:             Warehouse Assistant

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:             Dubai, UAE

A leading provider of innovative heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products and solutions globally.

 

Job Description:

  • Unload, check, and verify incoming ventilation products and materials, ensuring items match the purchase orders and are undamaged.
  • Organize, label, and store ventilation equipment and parts properly, maintaining accurate inventory records through the company's management system.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring the correct ventilation products are sent to customers or contractors.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse by regularly checking stock levels, removing obsolete items, and keeping work areas tidy.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team and delivery drivers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of ventilation products to clients

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Indian and Filipino nationals
  • Male, 38 years old and below
  • At least 2-3 years related experience in warehouse/logistics operations primarily in trading and distribution
  • Familiarity with handling ventilation equipment such as fans and air curtain
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficient is a plus
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures and ERP system
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
  • UAE driving license is an added advantage
