Waiter/Waitress - Coffee Shop

We are seeking friendly and knowledgeable Waiters/Waitresses to join our client coffee shop team. In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will guide customers on using automated coffee machines, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers courteously
  
• Guide customers on how to use the automated coffee machine
  
• Answer questions about the menu and self-service options
  
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop area
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or F&B preferred
  
• Ability to operate and explain automated coffee machines
  
• Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude
