Waiter/ Waitress

+ Check in with customers to create a personalized experience and to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns.
+ Serve food and beverages, including specialty dishes, at tables as needed.
+ Present menus to customers, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested.
+ Clean tables or counters after guests have finished.
+ Inform customers of daily specials.
+ Explain the preparation of menu items, including ingredients and cooking methods.
+ Prepare tables for meals by setting up tableware.
+ Clear dishes and glasses from tables and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
+ Audit all plates and orders before serving.
+ Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to welcome customers or guests with a cheerful & positive manner.
+ Hardworking team player.
+ Highly self-motivated, with the ability to inspire others.
+ Excellent multitasking abilities.
+ Strong time management skills.
