Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Job Responsibility:
- Greeting customers and presenting menus
- Taking and delivering customer orders
- Providing recommendations and upselling additional products
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Cleaning and setting up tables
- Processing payments

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical condition to lift and carry trays
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
