Job Description

Job Title: Waiter

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 1,000 - AED 1,400 per month

Benefits: Food and accommodation provided

Age Requirement: Below 35 years

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
Ensure timely service of orders and attend to customer needs throughout their dining experience.
Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items as appropriate.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating as necessary.
Process payments and ensure the proper handling of cash and card transactions.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Assist in maintaining stock levels, including cutlery, crockery, and condiments.
Follow all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply; previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Skills:
