Job Description

Job Title: Waiter

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 1,000 - AED 1,400 per month

Benefits: Food and accommodation provided

Age Requirement: Below 35 years

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Ensure timely service of orders and attend to customer needs throughout their dining experience.
  • Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items as appropriate.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating as necessary.
  • Process payments and ensure the proper handling of cash and card transactions.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels, including cutlery, crockery, and condiments.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply; previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
    • Good grooming and presentable appearance.
    • Ability to stand for long periods and manage physical tasks, such as carrying trays.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
