Charterhouse is working with an innovative technology company that is revolutionizing the VR Space. This client has offices globally and growing in UAE and is now looking to hire a VR Operator.
About the role
Our client is looking for a motivated and highly skilled VR operator to help with their expansion across the Middle East. In this role, the VR Operator will play a big part in maintenance and management of the cutting-edge VR systems making sure they all users have a seamless experience. The role will have many responsibilities in this role including onsite user support, remote support, VR space control & maintenance, VR equipment maintenance, etc.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have a previously worked in the same or similar roles within the virtual reality space. The team are very passionate about what they do and they are looking for someone has the same interest and energy.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of VR concepts and be able to handle installation, configuration, updates and troubleshooting across multiple types of systems and devices (Android, iOS, WindowsOS,etc). This individual should also have basic network knowledge to understand both wireless and wired network concepts. This role will have interactions with clients, so both written and verbal communication skills in English is essential for this position.
