Role Summary:The Vice President of Sales and Strategy will lead the organization’s sales and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. This individual will oversee revenue growth, establish market presence, and spearhead partnerships. The ideal candidate combines a strategic mindset with sales leadership expertise and excels in relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sale and market strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Provide thought leadership on long-term growth strategies and competitive positioning.
- Sales Management:
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, including pipeline development, deal closure, and client onboarding.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Partnership Development:
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to drive mutual value and market reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop joint value propositions and campaigns.
- Market Insight and Adaptation:
- Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
- Adapt sales strategies based on industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of customer feedback into offerings.
- Support marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and credibility.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Set and measure KPIs for the sales team and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Leverage analytics to drive informed decision-making and strategy refinement.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven track record of 10+ years in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a VP or equivalent capacity.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.

- Strong negotiation and deal-making abilities.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
