Position Summary: The Vice President of Digital Marketing is a senior-level executive responsible for leading and overseeing the digital marketing strategy for an organization. This role involves coordinating with various departments to promote the company’s brand, products, and services through digital channels, ensuring consistency, and measuring the success of digital marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.
  2. Oversee the management of all digital channels (e.g., company’s website, social media, email campaigns, etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
  3. Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including hiring, training, and professional development.
  4. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  5. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and leverage new technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
  7. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize digital media spend and campaign effectiveness.
  8. Foster collaboration with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service to support marketing goals.
  9. Collaborate with external agencies and other vendor partners as needed.
  10. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in digital marketing.



Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Vice President of Digital Marketing or similar senior-level position in the digital marketing or advertising domain.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience, with atleast 4+ years of experience in the related field.
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and content management systems.
  • Experience with complex data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to make difficult decisions.
  • Advanced degree in Marketing or a related field.
