Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually stunning displays to showcase luxury jewelry products in an enticing and elegant manner.
- Conceptualize and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers.
- Collaborate with the retail team to understand product assortments, brand guidelines, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that all visual merchandising displays are executed with precision and attention to detail.
- Arrange and maintain the visual presentation of products on the sales floor, including proper placement, signage, and lighting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including fashion and design, to incorporate the latest trends into visual displays.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to maintain appropriate stock levels for visual merchandising purposes.
- Train and support the sales team on visual merchandising principles and techniques.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising displays and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
