This role involves creating visually appealing and impactful displays to showcase our fabric collections and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising concepts that align with the brand's identity and target audience.
- Create captivating displays for shop windows, in-store areas, and online platforms.
- Select and procure props, signage, and other display materials.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across all sales channels.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute merchandising plans.
- Manage and mentor junior visual merchandising staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within the fabric industry in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and consumer trends.
- Proven ability to create visually stunning and impactful displays.
- Excellent knowledge of color theory, composition, and lighting.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
