Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

Visa Application Guidance:

Assess client needs and provide tailored advice on visa options .

Assist clients with preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring all documents meet the requirements .


Document Verification & Processing:

Review and verify all supporting documents submitted by clients, ensuring they meet the specific country’s visa criteria.

Assist in gathering and organizing necessary documents such as passports, invitation letters, financial statements, travel itineraries, etc.

Submit visa applications to authorities and track the status of applications.

English and Arabic typing


Compliance & Legal Advisory:

Stay up to date with immigration laws and visa requirements .

Ensure clients comply with all visa regulations, including validity periods, extensions, and entry requirements.

Advise clients on any potential legal issues or challenges related to immigration and travel.


Customer Support & Relationship Management:

Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the application process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Build strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service and guiding them through any challenges that arise.

Handle any complications or issues that may arise during the visa application process (e.g., rejection, delays, or additional documentation requests).


Record Keeping & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including all correspondence, documents, and application details.

Prepare reports on the status of visa applications, potential delays, and any issues that may impact clients.

Ensure all personal and sensitive client data is handled in accordance with privacy laws and company policies.
