Department Overview:AZI Hospitality specializes in providing luxury hospitality services to clients. The department offers a wide range of services, including event management, catering, and customers' handling. AZI Hospitality works with clients to create bespoke experiences that cater to their specific needs and preferences.
Job Purpose:The
VIP Door Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing a warm and professional welcome to all passengers arriving at the Jetex terminal. The attendant will be the first point of contact, ensuring seamless transitions from vehicle to terminal and upholding Jetex's brand image with elegance and hospitality.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:- Provide a high level of customer service to all clients with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
- Meet and greet VIP passengers upon arrival at the terminal.
- Open vehicle doors and assist passengers with entering and exiting.
- Offer assistance with light luggage handling when necessary.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
- Ensure the entrance area is always presentable and welcoming.
- Complete any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
Compliance-related duties:- Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.
- The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High Diploma (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Hotel industry/Customer Service.
Specific/Technical Skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent in customer service.
- With the ability to remain calm in emergencies or when dealing with passengers.
- Multilingual is an advantage.
