Job Description
We seek a talented Videographer and Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both capturing compelling footage and crafting engaging video content through skillful editing. You will be responsible for the entire video production process—from shooting to post-production—delivering high-quality content aligned with brand goals for various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Videography & Production:
- Operate professional cameras, drones, and stabilization equipment to capture dynamic visuals.
- Set up lighting and audio equipment to achieve optimal production quality.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan shoots based on project objectives and timelines.
- Direct subjects and talent to ensure visually engaging footage.
- Adjust shooting techniques to meet the needs of different formats (e.g., social media reels, commercials, and corporate videos).
2. Video Editing & Post-Production:
- Edit and assemble footage into captivating video content with seamless transitions, sound design, and special effects.
- Perform color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics integration.
- Ensure all video outputs are optimized for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, websites, etc.).
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand identity across all video projects.
3. Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop concepts and bring ideas to life.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to produce innovative content.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and improve visual appeal.
Skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and audio techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and export standards.
- Photography skills and experience with drones are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a creative agency or production environment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is advantageous.
- Drone pilot certification (if applicable).
