Position Title:Vice President of Strategy

The Vice President of Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative strategies that drive organizational growth and long-term value creation. This role involves crafting strategic plans, developing actionable business cases, overseeing transformation initiatives, and conducting in-depth financial and operational analyses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic leadership, with expertise in market analysis, business model development, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive market strategies and business plans to launch new services across key sectors withinreal estate.Lead business wide growth and transformation initiatives, including strategy design, execution, and performance optimization.Design and deliver innovative and practical solutions for large-scale business challenges.Manage project schedules and budgets.Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to implement impactful strategies.Prepare and analyze data to assess market trends.Develop clear and actionable reports for leadership, summarizing strategic insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Finance related degree.
Experience:
At least 13 years of experience in strategy obtained from big 4 or relevant.Proven experience in the GCC market is essential.Background in top-tier strategy consulting, with a focus on real estate or related industries.Expertise in operational analysis, process design, and process improvement.
