For our portfolio of more than 250 hotels, we are seeking a dynamic, experienced and highly strategic Vice President of Revenue Management to join our leadership team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role will be responsible for driving market share growth across the entire portfolio and ensuring ACCOR’s RM practices and processes are implemented and applied accordingly. We are seeking a strong leadership profile with the ability to influence and drive topline performance, while representing and nurturing ACCOR’s strong Revenue Management Culture.


The role involves collaborating with commercial and operational teams to achieve strategic objectives, fostering a results-driven culture, establishing a framework for internal stakeholder accountability.  You will lead the execution of the region's revenue strategy by leveraging technical systems, championing automation, and enhancing revenue management practices through data, insights, and effective communication.



Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and market share in the Middle East, Africa & Türkiye region
  • Lead a high-performing team of Regional Directors of Revenue Management
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue management initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Utilize advanced analytics and forecasting models to optimize pricing and inventory allocation
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of revenue management systems and tools across the organization
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on revenue performance and market opportunities
  • Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams and business opportunities in the Middle East, Africa & Türkiye market
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and adapt strategies to regional business practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue management, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles
  • Previous Regional RM leadership responsibility of portfolios spanning at least 50 hotels
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics
  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, with demonstrated ability to drive results
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Deep understanding of revenue management principles and best practices
  • Experience working in the Middle East, Africa & Türkiye market and understanding of regional business dynamics
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
