Job Description
For one of our esteemed clients, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Sales & CRM with a proven track record in B2C environments. The ideal candidate will have served as a Director or VP of Sales, worked closely with VIP and UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals), and possess a strong background in CRM and customer satisfaction. Experience in the banking sector is preferred but not mandatory.
In this role, the VP of Sales & CRM will not only drive the company’s CRM strategy but will also oversee the elite team responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to high-value clients. This team is the face of the company for VIP, UHNWI, and top-tier clients, making the role critical to fostering long-term relationships, driving customer loyalty, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Elite Team: Lead and manage the company's elite team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and personal engagement with VIP and UHNWI clients.
- Lead CRM & Sales Initiatives: Drive growth and performance in CRM, aligning with overall sales strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Strategic Client Engagement: Ensure personalized, high-touch service for VIP, UHNWI, and other high-profile clients, fostering long-lasting relationships and loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Develop a standardized and efficient process for service delivery and client engagement, including the management of complex issues such as disputes, terminations, and unfulfilled service agreements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in senior leadership discussions, offering insights and recommendations on policy, procedures, CRM systems, and innovative approaches to customer service.
- Risk Management: Proactively manage reputational and operational risks related to client relations, particularly for high-stakes clients.
- Data-Driven CRM Strategies: Implement advanced CRM systems and strategies, focusing on client segmentation, personalized engagement, and lifetime value optimization.
Functional Accountabilities:
- Lead and develop the elite sales & CRM team, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class service for elite clients, top brokers, and distinguished partners.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the CRM function, ensuring proper segmentation, client personalization, and optimized engagement for high-value clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of CRM strategies.
- Drive ongoing CRM innovation, backed by performance analytics and data-driven decision-making to optimize client relationships.
- Approve and oversee team workflows, schedules, and the consistent communication of the brand’s value to elite clients.
